How long until I receive a reply?
We don't publish a reply time, because we can't yet guarantee one. Our team is alerted as soon as your message arrives. If it's urgent, WhatsApp us on +44 7367 109792 during office hours.
How long do I have access to a course?
Twelve months from the day you enrol. Within that time you can come back to any lesson as often as you need.
Are the courses accredited?
We don't currently record accreditation against our courses, so no course page lists it. If you need a course recognised by a particular professional body, ask us before you buy and we'll tell you exactly where it stands. Completing a course earns a certificate that anyone can verify.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of purchase, as long as a significant portion of the course hasn't been accessed. The full wording is in section 5 of our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need prior experience?
Each course page shows its level. 13 of our 18 courses are marked Beginner.
Can I pay in instalments?
Please contact us to discuss payment plan options. We want to make our courses accessible to everyone.
