Consultancy
We'll build it, move it, and run it.
Most organisations that buy an LMS don't fail on the software — they fail on the six months of content migration, SSO configuration and information governance that nobody was resourced to do. That's the work we take on.

Stage 1: Discovery
We audit what you have: existing content, who owns it, what your regulator expects, and where the current process breaks. You get a written findings document whether or not you continue.
2–3 weeks
Fixed feeStage 2: Proposal
Scope, deployment model, migration plan and a priced statement of work. Includes the DPIA support and information governance artefacts your team will be asked for.
1 week
IncludedStage 3: Implementation
Platform stood up, content migrated and rebuilt, SSO and HR feed connected, admins trained. We work with your subject leads rather than around them, so the material stays theirs.
6–14 weeks
Milestone-billedStage 4: Go-live and beyond
Cutover, hypercare, then an optional managed service: we keep the catalogue current, run the reporting cycle and handle admin escalations.

Services
LMS migration
Moving off Moodle, Totara, an intranet folder or a shared drive. We map the old structure and rebuild it properly. Past completions come across as an exported record kept with your workspace — EduQan cannot yet import them as live completions, and we would rather say so here than in week six.
Best for: organisations with years of history they can't lose
Content build
Turning SOPs, competency frameworks and a subject lead's head into assessed courses. We do the instructional design and the question banks; your experts review and sign off.
Best for: teams with expertise but no time to write
Integration
Single sign-on, HR joiner and leaver feeds through the partner API, and completion data made available to the systems that already hold your workforce records — so training status appears where managers already look.
Best for: anywhere manual account admin has become the bottleneck
Information governance
DPIA drafting, data flow mapping, retention schedules and the supplier assurance paperwork. Written in the format your IG team expects, not a generic template.
Best for: public sector and healthcare procurement
Managed service
We run the platform day to day: content updates, enrolment cycles, reporting to your governance committee, and first-line admin support.
Best for: organisations with no dedicated L&D systems owner
Accreditation support
Getting your courses recognised by the boards that matter to your workforce, and structuring the evidence so an assessor can follow it.
Best for: providers whose learners need CPD points, not just knowledge
